Let's Talk Process

Have an established brand voice already? Send me an email with the project you have in mind! I offer social media captions (to use on Instagram and Facebook) and blog posts for your brand’s website. You’ll receive a response back within three business days.

Now, this is usually where we'd have a video call or phone call.. But as a late diagnosed autistic, I've begun the process of unmasking. And part of that has been learning to recognize and support my own needs. Yay! So one way I'm accommodating myself in my work is communicating mostly through writing, whether that be in email or via Slack. Hopefully my good vibes transcend Zoom.

After we chat about logistics (timeframe, investment, expectations) and decide we’re a good fit, I’ll start generating ideas for your content. (Don’t worry though - if you already have specific topics in mind, we can skip this part!) When I’m done, you’ll get an email with the content list I created for your brand, loosely outlining what the caption or article will cover. You review, I edit if necessary, and then we’re good to go to my favorite part - writing.

During the writing process, I might email you with questions if I can’t find the information I’m looking for in my research. And once I feel good about the first draft, I’ll send it over to you in a PDF - or whatever form you’d prefer.

Then it's your turn to give me notes, request any additions or subtractions, and overall let me know what you think. The first two rounds of edits are on me. After all, I want to make sure you’re 100% confident in the words you publish to the world.

And then — the second best part — I email you with everything you need to start posting your content! Easy peasy lemon squeezy, am I right?
